Illinois Green CAR: Questions Answered

We have received some questions about the Illinois Green Certified Automotive Recycler (CAR) program that I would like to answer in this article.  One of the most important things to remember about the IL Green CAR Program is that it is for ALL Illinois recyclers that are devoted to doing it right.  It is not only for big facilities with shiny fences and new crushers.  Do not hesitate to contact me or Michelle Lechner the Executive Director of the Auto and Truck Recyclers of Illinois (ATRI).  We do not charge to talk about the program or answer questions.  We think we have a fantastic program that will greatly benefit our membership and we are excited to share with more Illinois recyclers!
