Ella grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana, and graduated from Butler University in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies. During her time at Butler, she held various environmental roles, including working on an urban farm, interning with the Indianapolis Zoo’s Global Center for Species Survival, and completing a year-long independent study with Butler’s Office of Sustainability.
Ella’s interest in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) was sparked during a summer internship with the City of Carmel, where she realized the value of spatial data in promoting sustainable urban development. She is excited to combine her love of data with her passion for sustainability to drive positive environmental impact and support data-driven decision-making for VET’s clients. In her free time, Ella loves to go on outdoor adventures, bake sweet treats, and spend time with her family. She enjoys travelling when she gets the chance and recently got her scuba diving certification
